Data Processing Notice and Consent for products and services offered through Social Worth Technologies Private Limited (“Fibe”)

• This Data Processing Notice and Consent is subject to applicable laws including the Data Protection laws and applies to collection, processing, dissemination and retention of your personal data including your sensitive personal data or personal data including sensitive personal data of other individual (family members, nominee/ legal heir) by Fibe which is shared by you for the purpose of obtaining the financial services and products of Partners offered through Fibe.
• I/We hereby understand that Fibe would be required to collect the Personal Sensitive Data and share the same with its Partners including but not limited to Lending Partners, Technology Partners, and other Financial Services Partners (hereinafter together referred to as ‘Partners’) and Fibe and Partners would need to use the data for providing its services and I/we hereby provide my consent to Fibe and Partners to use, process, analyze the data for purpose of services.
• I/we understand and acknowledge and agree that I have voluntarily shared my data for facilitating Financial Services, including but not limited to personal loans, loans against securities, Gift Vouchers, Credit Card, Fixed Deposits and any other service offered by Partners through Fibe (hereinafter referred to as ‘Services’).
• I/we hereby provide consent to share the data so collected with the Lending Partners. I/we further understand and acknowledge that the Lending Partners, as specified on the Lending Partner page of Fibe are the RBI registered NBFCs through whom the loan/other products shall be offered. Fibe shall facilitate these services and for the purpose of which the personal data collected would be shared. This consent will enable Fibe to share the data, also this consent will enable the Partners to verify the authenticity of the data furnished, underwrite the risk thereto and administer and/or facilitate the loan offer thereof.
• I/we, hereby consent Fibe and Partners to contact me/us, using email/call/SMS/WhatsApp/Social them within platforms/letters or any other communication mode that I/we use personally and have provided them the details of, as a mode of sending service notification/s to in relation to the Services.
• Fibe will not seek any personal data including sensitive Personal data other than necessary and different from that required for the purposes of this Policy. Also, the data shall be retained till such time as required for the purposes of the policy or as per the applicable law.
• In order to facilitate the Services , and perform the services incidental thereto and depending on the services you have requested, Fibe may collect some or all of the following categories of Personal Information: personal contact information such as name, home address, home telephone or mobile number, email address; information concerning family, age, date of birth, name(s) of spouse and/or children; employment details including employer name, job title and function, employment history, salary and other benefits, education/qualification, identification numbers; financial details including bank account details; unique IDs provided by Govt. authorities;. under your authorization for the purpose of Services, verification by Partners of the authenticity of the details furnished, underwriting by Partners, the risk thereto thereof. Categories of Data Subjects whose Personal Information may be collected and processed may include, among others, you, your family members viz, your spouse, children, parents and siblings. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and verifiably authentic information at all times and desist from furnishing any false particulars, suppress any material information and/or impersonate another person.
• You may request access to your personal information shared/collected and processed by Fibe, and also a summary thereof and the entities with whom the data has been shared along with details of the data so shared. You shall have a right to correct any inaccurate/ incomplete and outdated data, and seek erasure of such data that may not be required any longer by submitting a “service request” via customer care services s (Care@fibe.in) or through other modes as detailed on the contact us page of Fibe website with detailed written instructions to Fibe on how to assist you with such request. You may also nominate a legal representative for managing these permissions provided by you. Such requests will be acted upon to the extent necessary for Fibe to comply with its obligations under applicable law.
• You have been made aware that your masked Aadhaar number/ unique IDs provided by Govt. authorities may be collected with your consent for KYC authentication facility provided by the Authority Unique Identification Authority of India or such other government authorities for the KYC purposes towards assessment of your eligibility to the Services. The authentication shall be either through e-mail or phone or SMS at the time of authentication and Fibe shall maintain logs of the same for a period as per the applicable law.
• You have been made aware and also consent to that a copy of your masked Aadhaar card may also be downloaded from the Central Know Your Customer portal and stored in Partner’s database.
• Subject to the provisions of the applicable law, you are providing Fibe and Partners written authorization to collect, share and process your personal data and that of your family, collected from other third party and also engage Fibe’s Affiliates and Third-Party Sub processors including other technology service providers, credit bureaus, fraud detection service provider partners, Lending Partners and Partners to assist in the collection, receiving and processing of the same towards performance of the Services.
• You also consent and authorize Fibe to share/disclose the data so collected/received from you and from other entities , who are processing the issuance of policies or performing other activities in support thereof on behalf of Fibe such as , call centers, verification agencies, collection agencies of the Fibe and/or Partners and to any other financial institutions, Asset restructuring companies, advocates/Legal Consultants, lenders, investors, arbitration service providers, law enforcement agencies, statutory auditors, tax authorities, regulatory bodies, directors, shareholders etc.
• The data collected from you shall not be shared outside India for any purpose and shall be stored only within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of India.
• I/we hereby give consent to Fibe that any output provided via platform should be used by the app users at his/her discretion. Fibe shall not be responsible for any possible physical, emotional or psychological harm to the application user by way of consumption of the Services.
• You have the right to withdraw consent for above said collection and processing of data through e- mail to the company email ID: care@fibe.in or though other modes as detailed on https://www.fibe.in/contact-us/ and upon withdrawal of consent, the Services shall not be provided further.
• Fibe has implemented and will maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures for the Processing of Personal Information designed to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Personal Information.
• In the event your information is shared with any unauthorized entity or person, Fibe shall notify you forthwith of such breach, and the steps it has initiated in that regard.
• You can raise any grievance pertaining to the collection and processing of your Personal Data by e- mailing to the ID: care@fibe.in or through letter to our office where the redressal of your grievance would be provided within two weeks.
• Mr. Vinay Dubey is the Principal Officer nominated under the IT Act, 2000 and IT Rules 2011, to whom you can reach out to regarding any data privacy and Security concerns. In case of any update in the Principal Officer, the name of Principal Officer under the IT Act, 2000 and IT Rules 2011 as identified on https://www.fibe.in/contact-us/ shall be final.
