Akshay has been associated as a Director with our Company since 2015, for a period of over 10 years. He passed the final examination for the bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, Uttar Pradesh and the master’s degree in arts from the University of Pune, Pune, Maharashtra and he holds a post-graduate diploma in management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune, Maharashtra. He was previously associated with Future Group, ETechAces Marketing and Consulting Private Limited and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited. He has over 22 years of experience, including experience in the field of marketing.

Ashish has been associated as a Director with our Company since 2015, for a period of over 10 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Pune, Pune, Maharashtra and has passed the final examination held by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India by securing an ‘All India Rank’ of 38. He was previously associated with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited. He has over 22 years of experience in the field of investments and finance. He has been conferred the award for ‘Highly Commended Investor in Indian Rupee Bonds’ by the Asset Benchmark Survey in 2012.

Simit Batra is a Partner at TPG Growth and Rise, based in Mumbai. He has been with TPG since 2015. Prior to that, Simit was a part of the investment banking team at Citigroup. In addition to Fibe, Simit currently serves on the boards of several Indian and international companies including BookMyshow, Eruditus, Landmark Insurance, SK Finance, Xpressbees and Livspace. In the past, he has also served on the boards of Firstcry (listed), Interstellar Services and Landmark Auto (listed). Simit holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Tech from IIT Delhi.

Subhasri is currently the Joint Managing Director of Shriram Capital (P) Limited, the holding company and promoter entity of the financial services and insurance businesses of Shriram Group. She has more than 3 decades of professional experience including 25+ years in Shriram Group’s Financial Services business. She held the position of CFO for 18 years in listed companies viz as Executive Director and CFO of Shriram City Union Finance Ltd for 15 years.

Hemant Kaul, with extensive experience in the financial services industry, worked as MD & CEO at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and Executive Director at Axis Bank. As a consultant, he evaluated financial sector investments for private equity firms and advised IDFC on their banking license application. Currently, he is the Non-Executive Chairman of TCI Finance Ltd and an Independent Director on the Boards of Cigna TTK Health Insurance Company Ltd and Ashiana Housing Ltd.

Anil Sinha, an author, innovator and accomplished technology leader — brings over 17 years of global experience in digital innovation, product development and large-scale transformation. As the CTO of Fibe, he drives the organisation’s technology vision and AI-first product roadmap. Balakrishnan has achieved significant milestones in his 20 years of professional experience in Data Science and now in Product Management, where he manages the entire product segment. Balakrishnan oversees the company’s data analytics and data warehousing departments. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by successfully leading and executing numerous data-driven projects, effectively solving complex business problems and optimising organisational processes across diverse business lines. specialist.
