Akshay is responsible for devising Fibe’s product strategy and is focused on turning the brand into India’s largest fintech company. He comes with a rich experience working with some of India’s biggest brands like Future Group, Policy Bazaar, Bajaj Allianz. His sharp business acumen, coupled with an unwavering passion for customer service, have earned him the title of 'Most Talented CMO of the Year' in 2013-2014 by CMO Asia.

An accomplished professional,  Ashish is the financial backbone of Fibe. He oversees the overall strategic direction of the company, focusing on building the well-rounded and diverse funding profile of the company. Before Fibe, Ashish managed the entire gamut of financial operations as the Chief Investment Officer at Bajaj Allianz.

Simit is a Director at TPG Growth and Rise, based in Mumbai and has been with TPG since 2015. Prior to joining TPG, Simit worked at Citigroup where he was part of the investment banking team. Simit holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Tech from IIT Delhi.

Subhasri is currently the Joint Managing Director of Shriram Capital (P) Limited, the holding company and promoter entity of the financial services and insurance businesses of Shriram Group. She has more than 3 decades of professional experience including 25+ years in Shriram Group’s Financial Services business. She held the position of CFO for 18 years in listed companies viz as Executive Director and CFO of Shriram City Union Finance Ltd for 15 years.

Shweta joined Eight Roads Ventures, a global venture capital firm backed by Fidelity, in April 2018. She leads the technology, consumer and financial services (TCF) investments team in India. She has over 15 years of experience in private investing and finance, most recently as Head of Asia Investments for the Venture Capital & Growth Equity team at Goldman Sachs Investment Partners. Her key focus sectors include enterprise SaaS, fintech and consumer. Shweta received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Computer Science and Economics from Smith College.

Jairam is the MD of Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited. He has over two decades of rich domain experience and specializes in setting up and scaling new businesses. Jairam holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Kolkata where he was awarded a Roll of Honour for academic excellence.

Sudhir is Founder & Chairman of Chiratae Ventures India Advisors. Chiratae Ventures is a  leading VC firm advising AUM of $ 1 billion. He has advised on investments into 125+ firms across Deep Tech, Agri Tech, Digital Consumer, SAAS, Fintech and Healthcare Sectors. Key investments include Myntra, Flipkart, FirstCry, Lenskart, PolicyBazaar, Curefit, Agrostar, Emotix, Uniphore and PlaySimple amongst others. 

Hemant Kaul, with extensive experience in the financial services industry, worked as MD & CEO at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and Executive Director at Axis Bank. As a consultant, he evaluated financial sector investments for private equity firms and advised IDFC on their banking license application. Currently, he is the Non-Executive Chairman of TCI Finance Ltd and an Independent Director on the Boards of Cigna TTK Health Insurance Company Ltd and Ashiana Housing Ltd.

Prakash Kandpal, the former MD and CEO of SBI General Insurance Co. Ltd is a seasoned professional with a diverse background. He brings great expertise in retail banking, strategic planning and customer-centric solutions. With a Masters in Financial Management, MA in Economics and B.Sc. in PCM, he holds a solid academic foundation. He has also championed initiatives to support rural development, facilitating access to finance services and resources for farmers and agricultural communities with the Agri-Business Unit at SBI Bhopal LHO.

Frederic Azemard is a Managing Partner at TR Capital and a board member of several investee companies. He began his career at Bain & Co. in Los Angeles and later joined Electra Partners in Europe. He also served as CEO of Sunnco GC and was an Officer in the French Navy as well. Mr. Azemard holds a master’s in electrical engineering degree from UCLA and graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENST.

Vimal is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in banking and credit. Before coming on board, he held key positions at brands like Edelweiss Capital, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank and L&T-John Deere Ltd. At Fibe, he leads the Credit Risk, Underwriting and Operations.

An Author, an Innovator and a technology leader, Anil Sinha has 17+ years of rich global experience working in digital innovation, product development and digital transformation programs.

Balakrishnan has achieved significant milestones in his 20 years of professional experience in Data Science and now in Product Management, where he manages the entire product segment. Balakrishnan oversees the company’s data analytics and data warehousing departments. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by successfully leading and executing numerous data-driven projects, effectively solving complex business problems, and optimizing organizational processes across diverse business lines. specialist. Ms. Monica Anshul Mishra, a seasoned professional with 19 years of diverse experience, currently serves as Fibe's Head of Human Capital. With a master's degree in HR and an MBA from Vikram University, her expertise spans Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Fashion and HR Advisory. Monica's decade-long stint at Yes Bank showcased her finance specialisation. In her role at Fibe, she offers strategic guidance in workforce planning, recruitment, training, career development, organisational structure, performance management, compensation, recognition and change management. Monica's dynamic approach, coupled with effective communication and leadership skills consistently contributes to organisational success and a positive culture.

Amit Saraf, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with expertise in Finance, Accounts, Fundraising (including IPO and PE Funding), Taxation and Budgeting. He has diversified industry experience with companies such as Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN), UFO Moviez Limited and GTL Infrastructure Limited in leadership roles. At FIBE, he heads the Finance & Accounts and Legal functions.

Sudesh Shetty, Founding Member and Head of Marketing at Fibe, India's top consumer lending app for tech-savvy users, leads key marketing functions—acquisitions, brand building and product experience. With 11+ years in digital and brand marketing, he drives Fibe with innovative strategies, enhancing brand awareness, profitability and growth. Sudesh excels in crafting brand identities across online and offline platforms. Prior roles include significant positions at Vodafone, Unilever, Marico, Future Group, Dentsu Webchutney and Ogilvy, spanning diverse sectors. Recognised for impactful campaigns like Vodafone Zoozoos, Sudesh is acclaimed for end-to-end marketing proficiency.

Amit Nosina, a founding member and Director at Fibe, brings over two decades of leadership in collections, operations and customer experience. With a bachelor’s degree in commerce, he exhibits strategic thinking and decision-making prowess. Amit's 20+ years of experience includes roles at Standard Chartered Bank and Prime Financial India. He balances collections and profitability goals, emphasising positive customer experiences for sustainable success. Amit fosters a vibrant, innovative culture at Fibe, ensuring dynamic growth and developing strong successors. His visionary, people-centric approach drives the organisation's success.

Mohit Sharma, a seasoned professional with 18+ years in lending, oversees Risk, Underwriting and Fraud Control. His background includes roles at ICICI Bank and Bajaj Finance, demonstrating expertise in secured and unsecured products. As a Chartered Accountant and Commerce Graduate, Mohit navigates financial complexities confidently. With leadership experience and adaptability, he effectively manages challenges in the dynamic financial services industry.
